Nice room in 2 bedroom Greenwood avail. May

Great space - approximately 11 x 14 ft fits a full size bed, shelves, desk ++. Room is at the back of the apt. and has nice light and surrounding views. In layout photo available room is labeled living room. No closet in room, closet in middle/adjoining room would be yours. I occupy the 2 front rooms there is a shared room in between our spaces.

I am currently working from home in wholesale / art publishing. I draw, paint, practice yoga, eat pretty healthy - food coop member. I have one very friendly cat.
Unfortunately she has asthma so no airborne scents - diffusers, incense etc.
The landlord has a 1 cat limit.

I really like the neighborhood. Easy walking distance to Greenwood Cemetery, Sunset Park, Industry City, DNR trains etc. Bus stop a block away and citibikes nearby.
Looking for easy going, clean, considerate, cat loving preferably female roommate that can sign on to a year lease with me.

Landlord lives downstairs and is responsive & pleasant.
LGBTQ + friendly.

Re Covid, on track to be vaccinated by mid May, will continue to take precautions
