2x2 in Toluca Lake, great amenities, short term ok

Hi! I'm looking for someone to fill one room in my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Toluca Lake. (The address says Burbank, but we are literally right off Riverside by Paty's Diner. One side of the building is Toluca, the other is Burbank).

The details:
The room is currently furnished, but can be unfurnished if desired. (Photos are of unfurnished room before I got it sorted, I will update with those photos ASAP) It is approx 12'x10' with a big double mirrored closet. The building has a pool, grill area, and fitness center. We have central air, and a washer dryer IN UNIT! :) New laminate wood flooring throughout, ground floor (there are some steps at the entrance), poolside. There's a cute little patio as well. The apartment is steps from Riverside Dr. with tons of little shops and restaurants. Amazing location, great neighbors, I seriously love this place! Oh... and I don't currently have a pet, but the building is pet-friendly and I don't mind a fur roommate. There is a deposit and pet rent that will need to be sorted if the rental is longer term..
Rent: $1425/month all utilities and one parking spot included.
NO DEPOSIT! But you will have to fill out an application with the complex for any stay over 3 months..

About me: I'm a late-30's gal who works currently in the restaurant industry. (So probably not a great fit for someone who is high-risk for Covid, since I'm in the public. I do get tested weekly and my place of work is very good with Covid guidelines, but still.) I was working in Production pre-pandemic in photo shoots. I'm also a licensed esthetician. :) I am pretty easy going and believe in keeping good communication. My home is my sanctuary, I like to relax when I'm there. I will occasionally have a guest over, but tend to do most socializing outside of the apartment. (especially during Covid). I'm super active and love to go hiking and I roller-skate almost daily.
