Big, bright room in Astoria!

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take my room in a big, bright apartment in Astoria from Dec 1 (can be available a few days before).

We are a 10 min walk from the Astoria-Ditmars Blvd NW stop with plenty of bus stops within just a few minutes walking distance too. The apartment is really spacious and gets lots of light. There's a huge living room, a dining area and kitchen with everything you need.

The room is the second biggest in the apartment and has a pretty big closet with both a rail, a shelf and plenty of room for storing luggage/boxes etc. It's unfurnished but I'm looking to sell all of my furniture at a discounted price. This can be removed if you have your own furniture.

We're one block from Ditmars Blvd, which has loads of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and stores. Astoria Park is approx 20 mins walk away and is a really nice area to get a break from being inside all the time.

You'd be living with two women in their mid-late twenties ? Kelly, an online teacher/voice actor, and Tracy, who is an actor/creative and is also new to the apartment. We like to hang out for drinks or dinner when we're free, but respect each other's space and schedules too.
