There are tons of restaurants and bars around and of course 1 min walk to a supermarket. 6 mins walk to NW train at Astoria ditmars blvd. Hell yea!

The room comes FURNISHED with a full bed, a desk, a chair, a storage and a build-in closet. AC and heat are in your room as well. sounds good?

Two housemates are female young professions and working remotely. They like to social and share all kinds of food but give you space. They are very CLEAN and never leave the dishes overnight, also are conscious about wearing masks & washing hands. i know unicorn is hard to find in nyc, but you can have two here!

I?m looking for a SUPER CLEAN person who clean after themselves, be quite after 12am and be respectful to others. Oh and no drama please.
