- Living with two other ladies
- Unfurnished bedroom (but can come with a full size bed if you want), fully furnished common areas with your personal touches encouraged
- No pets
- No couples

- Close to Steinway on the Ditmars stop N/W
- Tons of food, bars, shops, laundry, grocery in the immediate area (never HAVE to leave Astoria if you don’t want to!)
- Easy and swift commute to the city
- Last stop on the line means you always get a seat on the train
- Numerous bus lines to trek all over Queens and Brooklyn
- 5-10 minute drive to LGA
- Convenient location but also in a very peaceful neighborhood

Landlord will require a credit check (easy) and proof of income.
