You would have your own room and private bathroom, an AC unit in room, in-unit washer/dryer, parking, a big front porch and nicely attended yard with rose bushes and palm tree. There is also a working fireplace and a hammock.

The living room includes a luxury couch and a 60-inch TV with Bose, surround sound.

The room can come furnished with a mattress, bed frame, nightstand (not pictured) and curtains (pictured) or can be unfurnished. Comes with a standard-size, built-in closet.

Short term rentals welcome, ideally looking for month-to-month. I have one house-trained chihuahua who generally keeps to herself. Would consider another small dog if they get along. No tobacco smokers, but friendly.
