Beautiful Upper East Side Apartment

The room:
Approximately 12x9 feet in dimensions, with three sunny windows, heat/AC unit, and a spacious closet outside of the room. The room currently fits a queen size bed (with headboard and footboard), a dresser (4.5 feet wide), a lingerie chest (2.6 feet wide), a nightstand, and a bookshelf (combination 3 feet wide). Bathroom is shared with one other roommate, and has plenty of storage space behind the mirrors and under the sink.

COVID & WFH:
There are definitely ways to fit a desk in the room (previous roommate had a desk where the dresser currently is, and had a tall dresser where the lingerie chest is). Another option is a desk in place of the nightstand and bookcase. I work in a hospital, so I'll be out of the apartment on work days. The other roommate will be working from home only 2 days a week (and is flexible with alternating who gets to use the livingroom to WFH on those days if that's something you'll need!).

The apartment details:
Apartment is in a safe doorman building with laundry room, package room, onsite maintenance, and a parking garage. On the top floor, there is a gym, pool, sundeck, and lounge available to join.

Rent is $1,312 plus around $125 per person for utilities/wifi/cable/cleaning service per month. The building requires a one time $75 credit background fee, $500 lease adjustment fee, and security deposit of rent value due at signing. The building also requires proof of financials for both the leasee and guarantor, so expect there to be a two week period of completing paperwork/the building approving it. Available November 1st, with flexible move in date for earlier/later than that. The lease is through July 2021, with option to resign.
