WeHo Room Sublet Sep-Feb

I am looking for a sublettor for my room in this four bedroom apartment in a very walkable area (near Target, CVS, Trader Joe?s). This room has its own private balcony. It does not have a closet, but comes with an armoire. There is other closet space in the apartment that is reserved for the person in this room. There are three other roommates, two female one male. There are three bathrooms in the apartment. This room shares a bathroom with one female. Has in-unit washer dryer. All bills including fee for maid service that comes twice a month are $150 per month. There are two covered garage parking units for this apartment but they cost $50 per month. There is designated street parking for this unit that is not open to the public which costs about $40 for six months. The common areas are furnished with a flatscreen with Roku.
