This 4 Bedroom Apartment is only ONE stop away from Manhattan.

There is a Train station [J, M, Z] that takes literally 40 SECONDS from the house.
Also, as you know, there are tons of bars and restaurants that you can chill out.
We share a kitchen, bathroom, and utility bills.
The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, etc.

I don't mind having female or male roommates as long as you are "RESPECTFUL & CLEAN".
Ideally, we are looking for those who can stay three months minimum,
also, a fair Roommate Lease agreement is required between you and me to be safe for both of us.

No Pet, No Couples, No Drug User, or something similar.
Students and Professionals Preferred.
