Hello Everyone!

I have ONE room available in my all-female, 3 bedroom apartment that will be available on August 31st.

A little about the space, it’s a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo in the Bergen-Lafayette section of Jersey City. The second biggest room is going for $750.

Utilities are not included but round out to be about $70 per month. There is plenty of street parking available but for those without a car and it’s a 3-minute walk to the Garfield Avenue light rail station and several other bus stations.

The building comes with usage of a washer & dryer located in the basement and plenty of additional storage space. Each unit comes with a private rooftop patio offering beautiful views of NYC, Downtown Jersey City, and other places of interest.

We are looking for a kind, considerate, responsible, respectful, and clean roommate to move in. Please also note that you will be required to sign a one-year lease and complete a credit and background check. Do not inquire if you have prior evictions or bad credit and Do not inquire if you cannot afford to pay your share of the rent.
