We are seeking to fill our third room so we do not have to leave our awesome apartment in Alphabet City. Our third roommate is moving out and it has been difficult to find a replacement with everything going on.
We have a large deck and large common space that also has a communal projector and screen. We like to occasionally have people over, but also like things nice and quiet during the week. The room available is decently sized (our old roommate fit a queen bed in there no problem). We have a dishwasher as well.
Flexible move-in date between October 15th and November 1st.
