The town-home is blocks away from the Forum and Sofi stadium. With a grocery store and downtown Inglewood minutes away. There is a park up the hill and it can overlook LA.

It is in a gated building and you will have your own parking spot.

About 10 Minutes to the beach, and shopping mall
You will also be close to LAX - whenever you can travel again.
Lamented wood floors in living room and carpets in bedrooms
Quiet neighborhood
Central AC! Which will come handy on the hot days.
Utilities is about ~$120 (Wifi, electricity and renters insurance)

Your Future roommate:
He is in sale and keeps to his own. Pretty open, chill and enjoys watching sports. He owns an ~8 y/o husky that is also trained and sleeps most of the time.

To sum up the move in will be $850 for rent and $800 for deposit.
