Looking for very specific roommate for this private furnished bedroom. 1 roommate for this private room $900 per month includes WiFi and all utilities. I can offer a discount on the rent if someone can help to take out the kitchen and bathroom trash to the front of building when it’s full. We also prefer someone who does not cook much at home, as there is only a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove and a refrigerator. There is no dining room, just a small eating table and no living room. My apartment is located jus three steps down from ground floor, so it’s mostly above ground. This room has a small window, smart tv, desk, wardrobe, dressers and own split unit for heat or air conditioning. There is 1 shared bathroom. Requires One month security + 1st months rent upfront. Credit and background check required. 4-6 month sublease, possibly renewable. House rules restricts any additional guests and reduced noise level is enforced after 10pm. Please note The area is in a semi-busy area and being so close to train station, you will hear some exterior noise especially during the day time, such as cars and people.

Roommates, one very quiet respectful individual in each of the 2 other rooms. (Currently one male and one female). During certain times of year, a family member or friend may also use the other rooms.

Please note Security cameras are in place in common areas only, for safety and security of our tenants and family. Please do not wear your underwear around the common areas as respect for roommates.
