Large Bedroom in Prime Williamsburg Apartment

We have an opening in our perfectly located north Williamsburg apartment starting September 1st! There are three of us already living here and we?re pretty open to anyone moving in provided they are (i) friendly (i. e., looking for more than just a place to live, enjoy a sense of community, etc.) and (ii) can pay rent every month. We like to keep the apartment looking nice, so hope you would do the same.

Ideally, you?re a male in your mid-late 20s. Females are great too, but you?d have to be okay with sharing a bathroom with a 26yo male who likely takes longer to get ready than you do.

The Room:
? Large by NYC standards (~9?x17?), it is street-facing and has a window AC-unit
o Given the size, there is even room for a desk (perfect for WFH!)
? Unfortunately, there is no closet, but past roommates have made it work with various armoires, racks, etc.

The Apartment:
? Large 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with hardwood floors and great lighting throughout
o Kitchen appliances are a little dated, but they still cook food
? Nice size deck off of the 2nd bedroom (the only private outdoor space in the building!)
o Currently we have a bar/bistro table out there, perfect for entertaining; the recent tropical storm wreaked havoc on our garden though ?

The Location:
? Located on North 6th and Driggs, the apartment is in the heart of Williamsburg
o Only a block from Bedford Ave, the L train, Whole Foods, Equinox, 5-minutes to McCarren Park, blah blah blah (if you?re looking in this area you probably already know all of this)
? We don?t have laundry in the building, but right below us is a laundromat which keeps things super convenient

The Roommates:
? The three us are fairly busy with our work lives (sometimes on the weekends as well) but are very into fitness, cooking, outdoor activities and checking out whatever the city has to offer
o We?re definitely down to party, but generally only on weekends
? Details:
o 26M: works in finance; enjoys cycling, reading and live music
o 28M: also works in finance; likes mountain sports, disco and Wikipedia rabbit holes
o 26F: video producer (because we needed a creative to balance us out!) who loves baking and Broadway
? Note: the 26F and 28M share the master bedroom/bath and have been together for 3 years

The Costs:
? Rent: $1,600/month
? Utilities: ~$100/month
? Cleaning Lady: $70/month (comes 2 times per month)
