Townhouse with backyard. Private bathroom

Apartment is on the first and second floor of a beautiful townhouse. Plus a private basement(with washer and dryer).
Large living area and the kitchen are on the top floor. Bedrooms and backyard are on the ground floor.
Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Any extra furniture and belongings can be stored in a large basement. Room comes with 3 closets. Private bathroom with a tub. Room next door can be used as your private work room, there is a nice desk and a chair. Both rooms have a view of a backyard.
Backyard is furnished with couches and sun beds. Space to plant your own things. Compost bin, a grill and a fire pit.
Pets are welcome. Must be ok with my pets. I have a large dog (Bernedoodle, hypoallergenic breed) I also have a cat. I foster kittens for a nonprofit organisation (there is an inclosed area built in where I keep the foster kittens).
Place has 2.5 bathroom in total.
Dining area with a table for 4-6 people.
Reading area by the window next to dining area.
Kitchen. Extra large refrigerator with ice dispenser, Dish washer, Large cooking stove, mixer, slow cooker, bread maker, microwave and a lot more!
