Hi all! I'm looking for another female roommate to join our 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment in Crown Heights. We are three young professionals who are clean, chill, and friendly :) The open room is located on our lower level and has its own half bathroom, as well as private access to our backyard (which is ONLY for this apartment). It's one of the largest rooms I've seen in a New York apartment so definitely a great room for people who want some space or need to work from home! As an extra bonus, the room can come either furnished or non-furnished.

The apartment is located near Franklin Ave., so there are a bunch of amazing restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. It?s also only a 5 minute walk to the 2,3,4,5 subway trains (and a 10 min ride away from Atlantic Ave ? super easy to get anywhere).

The apartment itself has two large common spaces, IN-BUILDING laundry, and a huge private backyard with fire pit and furniture. It also has A LOT of storage ? including a pantry and more cabinets than we can ever use. The other tenants in the building are young, quiet professionals.

The lease begins Sept. 1. Security deposit is one month's rent.
