We have a room available in our Culver City bungalow. It has its own private entrance and private bathroom.
The room is large enough for a double bed and a desk and it backs onto our garden.
The house itself has a spacious kitchen and living area where we like to make homemade pizza and watch basketball.
There is one parking spot in the driveway but there is always plenty of street parking available (no street cleaning).
We've also set up a homemade basketball hoop in the back garden as well as got a pong pong table and darts board for the garage.
We are walking distance to the Palms metro station (5 mins) and also to downtown Culver City (15 mins).
