Room available in bright airy apartment between Wilshire and Montana just 10 blocks from the beach.
We are 2 female and 1 male professionals in our early 30?s looking for someone to fill our 3rd bedroom as our housemate moves back home. The room has a shared bathroom with one housemate but will have access to the large communal kitchen/living room and balcony. Our apartment is a 2000 sq ft corner unit on the top floor of a 3 story building. We have amazing natural light throughout the day and killer sunsets in the evening.
The apartment is beautiful and the company isn?t too bad either. Need not apply if you don?t like accents, a couple of glasses of wine here and there, sweet big dogs (x1) and a good laugh. Happy to consider month to month.
