Hi there! I am looking for someone temporarily to take over my bedroom in my 2bdrm apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens as I will need to be away for work. My roommate is a teacher in her mid 20's. She is personable, communicative, and respectful. I am looking to rent the space to someone also pleasant, kind, communicative, responsible, tidy, financially stable, (some one that can comfortably pay their share of the rent. Rent for the room is $1,150 (utilities included). The bedroom measures roughly 14' x 17' with 9'+ ceilings and has two windows overlooking Midwood Street. The apartment has a decent size kitchen and living room, some closet space, and a nice open feel. The first images are the shared living room the second is the bedroom. I have lived in this neighborhood for 5 1/2 years, it’s wonderful, and convenient to grocery stores, laundromat, bars, restaurants, drug stores, Prospect Park and much more. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Q, B, Shuttle train.
