Roommate Needed for a Cute 2bd 1 bath in JC!

I am looking for a roommate to split the lease on a cute 2bd 1 bath apartment! The apartment is in The Heights, JC. It is a 12 minute walk to the journal square station, a 20 minute walk to Hoboken and a 20 minute walk to grove street station. The apartment is in a great area in the middle of everything with Pershing Park just a 10 minute walk away and stop and shop within walking distance. The apartment is on a 3rd floor walkup in a quiet and private complex. It is a 2 bed 1 bath with only 1 of the rooms available. The apartment is fully furnished except for the one available room. You would be living with me so I would like someone who will be both my roommate and my friend.

A bit about myself- I am a young working female professional, usually working in NYC but now working from home. I would prefer my roommate to also be a young female working professional or student. I am clean and considerate and respectful to the property and would prefer someone who is the same. I do have a cat so you will be sharing the apartment will him as well- he is very friendly and sweet! I like having guests over and entertaining and have a “work hard play hard” mentality. I am almost always working all day during the week but do enjoy going out and having a chill weekend.

Because of COVID I would prefer a roommate that is taking precautions and not coming into contact with many people. Preferably working from home or if you are a student then online classes!
