The building has a gym, grill area, and pool area. Grill area and pool area are open (yay!) but gym is currently closed due to Covid, but expected to open soon.
I'm offering my place at a discount as my work has transitioned to remote and I plan on leaving the area. Discount is negotiable.
I'm looking for a sublet or lease takeover - ideally adding someone to the lease as a 'roommate' to make it completely legit.
