We have an opening coming up in our 3BR/1BA apt in Prospect Heights/Park Slope. One of us is in a different state for work, so you will only be sharing the apartment with one person.

The person you would be living with is clean and neat. He works outside of the apartment ~8-3pm on weekdays. I am currently traveling for work, but might be back over the summer and pay rent (which would reduce your room to ~$1000/mo)

We appreciate having the apartment be a safe, calm respite from the intensity of NYC, so we usually take our socializing elsewhere, though we're not opposed to hosting.

We have lived here for five years now and have a strong relationship with the landlord, which has led to a de facto rent-controlled apartment. Thus, we are looking for someone who is going to take good care of the apartment and maintain that positive relationship.
