Looking for a third roommate to fill the middle room (all the same size!) in a 3 bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy off the A/C at Nostrand starting August 1!
Rent is $865/mo before utilities (which include electric, gas & wifi).
Unit comes with tons of amenities like washer in unit, SS appliances, dishwasher, storage room, bike room and shared rec facility. Not to mention the place itself is gorgeous with tons of natural lighting, exposed brick, hardwood floors and high ceilings.
There will be a cat in the apartment so you'd have to like cats and definitely not be allergic!
Currently here are two 4/20, LGBTQ+ friendly working students who are easy going and friendly. We'd love to establish this a low-waste home as we try to live environmentally conscious. Someone who would be a good fit here is clean, respectful and has a similar lifestyle to us.
