Room for Rent

The room you see is the room that is for rent. Room is so large it could be partitioned with screens for a bedroom and a separate living space.

Very Large Bright Spacious Top Floor Room (20x13 sq. ft.).
You will be sole occupant a majority of time. Seek very quiet occupant for minimum 1 year rental.

My wife and I are the current occupants and live in the other two rooms. There is no common space, except for the kitchen and bathroom. Semi furnished with couch and standing closet. Can fit any size bed. 5 large windows with a lot of light. State of art air conditioner. Wifi. Zen vibe.

We will be gone most of the year, probably staying for one month every six months or so. We plan to leave shortly after the unit is rented.

When we are in residence we are both extremely quiet and respectful, and keep a very low profile.

Bathroom is private while we are away.

Vibrant Upper West Side neighborhood. Walking distance to Riverside Park, Central Park, Lincoln Center - Half block from 72nd st Subway (1,2,3) - Convenient Shopping (Trader Joe's, Fairway, etc.) Close to Fordham, Columbia University.
