Sublet Available in Long Island City

Hi all,

My employer in New York has told us that we will not be returning to the office until 2021, so I am looking for someone to sublet my room from when I resign the lease in October 2020 to early 2021, either January or February.

The apartment is in Long Island City on 36th Avenue, a 5 minute walk from Steinway St. Station (M and R trains). There is a grocery store right by the station entrance and a laundromat, yoga studio, Panera and movie theater on the walk to the apartment.

The apartment is one of two units in a house, on the upper floor. It's quiet, has a spacious living room and kitchen and very responsive landlords.

My room is a bit smaller, but fits a full bed, nightstand and full length mirror. There is also a closet in my room and a dresser in the living room. I will be leaving all of the furniture and clearing out my things.

You will be sharing the apartment with my amazing roommate Noelle, a 23 year old from Philadelphia who works in ad sales in Manhattan. She is super kind, clean and considerate of the shared spaces in the apartment. She would like to live with someone who is the same.
