$1028/month Bed-Stuy/Bushwick for August!

Hi everyone, hope y?all staying safe and sane! I?m looking for someone to take over my room at the beginning of August, located in Bushwick/Bed-Stuy. Lease ends in March 2021. Utilities included, except for WiFi. Move-in date can start as soon as July 30th.

I love this place and my two roommates so much but sadly, I am leaving the country for a new start in Asia. Please DM me for any questions. Furnitures in my room are also up for sale with a discount. I don?t have nice pictures of the living room and kitchen so I?m taking from the website but I?m living in the exact layout as pictured!

The commute:
- 3 minute walk to train station (J/Z line)
- About 20 minutes to reach Manhattan (but has been taking a little longer due to COVID-19 because more stops added)
- 20-25 minute walk to Clinton Hill (great neighborhood to explore!)
- Many groceries and convenience stores nearby (Foodtown, Walgreens, Good Fellas, etc.)
- Cool and exciting bars and coffee shops around the area

The building:
- Elevator and laundry room in the building
- Access to rooftop, gym, media and bike room
- Common room on ground floor for working and gathering
- BBQ area in the back of the building
- ACs throughout apartment

The roommates:
- Both are 23 years old and working in a creative field
- We are clean and communicate with each other very well
- We like to listen and dance to music with each other at times but we are also very respectful of each other?s space
- If you love goofy roommates and the smell of sage, this is a perfect place for you!
