Hello! I need to find someone ASAP to sublet this cozy furnished room for the month of September at a 3 bed/1 bath in the Midtown West/Hell?s Kitchen area. Available Sep 1 - Sep 30 (ONE MONTH) and looking for females, no pets or couples (sorry!). Now looking for rent pay around $1,100 - am willing to negotiate!!
You?ll be on the 5th floor of a super nice apartment with an elevator, doorman, and laundry in the basement. Your roommates will be 2 creative females in their late 20s/early 30s, both are super chill and friendly!
The room has a closet and can come furnished (including a desk, stool, nightstand + lamp, and a shelf organizer in the closet). There?s also an AC unit that I just installed for the summer that I?m hoping to sell (can negotiate price) and you can just take upon move-out.
The location is SUPER convenient, it's right in the middle of everything and you have access to all the major subway lines, all within a few minutes? walking distance (the closest one is literally just one block away, at 42nd St/Port Authority on the ACE). Super close to Columbus Circle, Penn Station, etc. and so much shopping/food all around you (not to mention some amazing restaurants right along 9th ave)!
