Large Bedroom for rent month to month

We are looking for a short term renter (month to month). A room is available for rent in a 3 bedroom house. The house has recently been renovated with all new appliances. This is a large room on the 2nd floor, fits a full size bed. The room includes a bed or you can use your own. This room has plenty of natural light and leads up to the loft. The loft is currently empty, but is finished with heat, lighting and wood floors. The house has a large driveway- parking is available. TV area, kitchen, bathroom, dinning area and backyard is shared. The house has 1 bathroom with a shower and bath.
Current roommates are 1 male and 1 female. We both work full time jobs mon-fri. We are friendly easy going roommates who mostly keep to ourselves.

Requirements:
- Must pay rent on time no exceptions
- Must be clean and helps out with cleaning the shared areas.
- This room is for a single individual, however guests/partners can be discussed.
- Must be moved out by the end of November latest.
- Must have a job or proof of steady income.
- NO PREVIOUS EVICTIONS, background check will be done.

This location is very close to the city and has plenty of public transport. The Liberty State Park is very close. The neighborhood is friendly and safe.
