About the room: Huge. Enough space to make a queen size bed look like a full. There are two big beautiful windows that let the light and air in. The bed will be removed upon move in, but there will be a brand new bed frame for your use in the room. The desk and shelves are also yours to keep. The room is the last down the hall across from the bathroom which you will be sharing with only one other roomie. The kitchen is a full kitchen with many appliances including an air fryer etc. The living room is hip, sunny and comfy. There is laundry in the building. Huge deep closet!

About the neighborhood: Walking distance from beautiful Prospect park! Right across the street from a bodega, laundrymat, pizza place, Chinese takeout, grocery store and liquor store. Walgreens, cvs, dollar tree and your voting area are a block away. bus stops: B12, B49, select bus+ all super close. Your choice between parkside Q, or Winthrop 2/3.

About your roomies: two laid back professionals 30+ (One male, one female) One of them is back home due to corona but you can discuss cleaning schedules etc with the roomie who is currently here. Very quiet and honestly you barely see them. One of them is allergic to cats so no pets. No kids or couples either!
