HUGE furnished one bedroom in a three bedroom apartment. I am looking for someone to sublet my room month to month starting July 15. The room has a queen sized bed, a desk, 2 night stands and a six draw dresser with plenty of room to spare. The apartment is right on 34th street and 9th avenue in the center of midtown west - 2 Avenues away from Hudson Yards, 2 blocks away from the supermarket (Brooklyn Fare), one avenue away from all major modes of transportation and several delis which offer 24 hour service.

You absolutely can not beat this location or the size of the room for this price!!!!!!

There is a laundry room in the building (elevator building). Updated kitchen (one year old - brand new appliances) and a semi updated bathroom.

The price you see covers the cost of the room and furniture. The security deposit covers 2 weeks and will be reimbursed after move out inspection. Hot water and heat are included in the rent, however you'll need to split the cost of con ed and spectrum which normally comes out to $70/mo.

You will be living with 2 others - both are very nice, respectful and responsible. Dogs are okay here, except pit bulls and pit bull mixes. You will be living with two professional males in their late 20?s. Due to covid both are currently working from home, but normally they would go into an office from 9-5pm.

This is an LGBTQ safe space - which is important to me to maintain.

There is no building lounge but there is a great cafe one block away with free WiFi available for use.
