The rooftop is perfect for tanning, grilling, or having friends over for a cocktail with gorgeous views of the Brooklyn and Williamsburg Bridges.

The apartment unit is located on the 29th floor and faces North, with views of One World Trade Center and Midtown Manhattan. With full walls (floor to ceiling), your room is bigger than most actual rooms! You will split half of the huge walk in closet with the other roommate!

Rent is $1,435/month
Electric bill ranges from $60-$150, dependent on use.
Our other roommate is moving to a different state but lived here for 5 years previously (she loved it that much)

About the roommates: we both are professionals who work long hours in the finance industry and value our careers. We both love going out and socializing but also love a quiet night in watching Netflix with face masks on.

Nicole 23 - loves to play volleyball and drink red wine until her mouth turns purple! Very easy going and a fun and care free spirit. You would be sharing a closet with her.

Kelsey 26 - I enjoy going out to eat and running by the water! I love fashion and trashy tv reality shows.

We both have lived together for over a year and get along extremely well and respect each others space. We are very clean and organized and ideally would like someone else who values a clean apartment as much as we do. Who knows, if we get along maybe we can all renew in the future!
