All you?d need to bring is your bedroom furniture, as the apartment is otherwise furnished. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed & dresser and has a giant closet (not a walk-in, but very spacious). There?s a W/D in unit, too.

Your roommate would be a late 20?s female professional who works downtown in the city (in non-quarantine times), as well as a cute little puppy. You?ll get to enjoy living with a dog, without the responsibility!

I?ve lived in this apartment for the past 1.5 years, but I?m now leaving the area for work. It?s in a good location - close to the bus & ferry (only two stops to PABT), Trader Joe?s & Walgreens, restaurants & bars, and it?s not as loud as downtown. The building has nice amenities (like a gym!) and management is responsive. The apartment itself was also completely redone prior to us moving in.
