Room for Rent in Shared Lower Haight Apartment for Move in Date - 1 July 2020

Two male roommates looking for a third roommate to share a Lower Haight apartment. We are both in our mid to late thirties, one of us is gay and the other straight, and we both work a lot.

We?re looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet, and a non smoker. Ideally a vegetarian but not necessary. We?re looking for someone responsible, who pays on time and has excellent credit and references. Ideal candidate will stay at least one year. Most of the people that have lived here have stayed for many years which speaks to a great price/value ratio and a good level of synergy and trust amongst us.

The room for rent is approximately 10' x 13 totaling 130 square feet. It is the center bedroom in the apartment and has a small closet. It has a southern facing window that faces the adjoining building with 10 or so feet between and gets good quality light throughout the day.

There is no common spaces in the apartment besides the kitchen and bathroom. Each of the three bedrooms are private and have doors. There is also a private laundry facility for tenants in a separate building on the block. The building?s exterior and hallways have been newly refurbished and painted.

Rent is $738.46 (subject to annual & capital improvement increases) plus one-third utilities (Comcast Internet and PG&E) a month plus last month's rent and a deposit.
