I have an unfurnished room in a 4-bedroom 1-bathroom in the Washington Heights for $925 available between July 20 - August 1. You?ll also pay for your share of ConEd and Spectrum (about $40 total). The room is on the 5th floor of an elevator building. The apartment is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly. The cat stays mostly inside my roommate?s room but roams around once in a while. The room fits queen size bed, XL work table, AND a bookshelf.

The building is at the corner of 180th and Broadway. It?s near the A, C, 1 train and the George Washington Bus Terminal. It took me 40 mins to get to 34th street at 8 am.

Everything is 1-2 blocks away: laundry, groceries, Urgent Care, Blink, 24hr Fitness, Dentists, Optometrists. There are tons of restaurants nearby: Tamporo Ramen, The Uptown Garrison, Bar 180, Pick & Eat, Malecon, The Green Juice; alongside your traditional guilty pleasures: McDonald?s, Dominos, Papa John, Taco Bell, Popeye?s, Dunkin, Chinese, Thai, Starbucks, Subway. You?ll be near Fort Washington Park, Fort Tryon Park, Highbridge Park, Riverside Park, The Cloisters.
