1 BR in 3 BR Apt. with Private backyard

Large bedroom (fits Queen or Full bed) available in 3BR apt in Ditmars-Steinway area with LARGE PRIVATE BACKYARD and storage shed. Apartment was completely redone three years ago before we moved in. Outgoing roommate is moving back home after losing his job, unfortunately. There are two friendly dogs in the apartment, one chocolate lab and one lab-mix puppy who is 1.5 years old, so must love dogs. Sorry no other pets permitted. Dogs are mostly kept in roommates room, but will also be out in shared spaces during the day when she is home. The dogs are very friendly and do like attention, so if you do not like dogs this isn't the apartment for you.

About the roommates: two professional females in their early thirties. We like to drink occasionally outside, watch tv and go out on weekends. One roommate works from home and other roommate works from home 2-3 days per week.

We are pretty easy going outside of the context of our jobs. Ultimately looking for a roommate that is respectful, clean in common spaces and can enjoy sitting back and relaxing. Don't need to be best friends with the new roommate, but it would be nice to have someone we can hang out with from time to time and at least be cordial with.
