It's a 4 bedroom apartment (in a 1 unit per floor/3 floor building). Common area and bathroom are kept minimalistic and clutter-free (see photos). Living room Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Blu-ray, etc.

Rent per room is $700 a month (DOES NOT INCLUDE UTILITIES, which average $60-$75 monthly, incudes high-speed WiFi).
