Hi all! We are looking for someone to take a wonderful room and join our lease in Greenpoint, Brooklyn ASAP. Ideally we'd like someone who can stay for a full year.

-Rent is $1550/mo (excluding utilities which come about $100/mo) for the room; apartment is a 4th floor walk-up 3BR/2 bath duplex with private roof deck
-Room is alone on the second floor of the apartment, and has an en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), not shared with roommates
-Room fits a queen bed, desk, and furniture for storage
-Room walks out onto the ~800 sq ft roof deck, and has great sunlight and views of the Manhattan skyline (great for gardening, working out, sunbathing... you get the picture :-)
-Two amazing roommates, Tonya & Leeza - are working professionals, both in their early 30?s, kind, courteous, clean, and great folks to live with.

**Please note: the apt is completely unfurnished now, but we plan to all pitch in on communal furniture and make the place our own :)

We are seeking someone in their mid-20s to late-30s, employed full-time, has an active life outside the apartment (in normal times, anyway!) and who makes an effort to keep a harmonious, quiet and clean environment at home. Not looking for someone who brings the party home a lot, has a live-in partner, or brings overnight guests every night.
