Great room next to express trains - Sept or Oct 1

My roommate moved out, so I'm looking for someone to move into the open room. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants (and delivery options), 1 (short) block to the A/C/B/D express trains, 3 blocks to the 1, very close to City College and Columbia.

I'm fully vaccinated.

I have a cat who mostly hangs out in my room or the living room, but the space wouldn't work if you have allergies (or hate cats). She's kind of bad at being a cat, but she is friendly if you're looking for the nice parts of having a pet without the responsibilities of owning one.

The apartment is on the top floor of an elevator building, so lots of light and no one stomping around above you. Apartment is in the back of the building, so fairly quiet.

Kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher and an island for added counter space. Kitchen and bathroom were refinished 2 years ago and have new appliances. I bake and cook, but not so frequently that there would be issues with sharing the space. Living room is also shared (which feels obvious, but apparently you need to specify in these ads). I prefer shared spaces to be kept reasonably tidy, but don't care about leaving a pan to soak overnight or leaving books or laptops or whatever around the living room.

Room is 13x8, and fits a queen (pictured) or full sized bed with room for a desk and dresser, and has a tall closet with lots of storage space (2x3, with approx. 9 ceiling). There is built in shelving in the room next to the closet. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so there's a lot of privacy.

I'm open to hanging out sometimes, but obviously want someone who knows how to honor other people's privacy and space.

Occasional overnight guests, platonic or otherwise, are fine, just don't move in a 3rd roommate. Basically looking for a grown up who knows how to respectfully live with other people.

1 months rent + security. Have to apply through the landlord so must have decent credit and make 40x the rent. Utilities are around $100/month, depending on season and usage.
