Room for rent (Highbridge)

Theirs a room available move-in located 8 min walk to 167 4 express train. The apartment is on the 24th floor (2 elevators). There is a laundromat in the building, supermarket across the street, dollar store and pharmacy on the corner. Citi Bike stations around the neighborhood as well as a bus stop on the corner of our building

The room has two windows. Closet with overhead storage, along with space for a queen-sized bed, a desk, dresser and more.

Looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly person who is interested in renting a room. Someone interested in staying long term, 6 months to a year+. Their will be access to all common areas (balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom & internet/wifi.)
