Furnished, comfortable room in Noe Valley.

I have a room to rent in a two-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a family-owned building. It is located in Noe Valley, which is a quiet neighborhood that is a 5-minute uber ride from the Mission, and 15 minute wald from two BART stations. The highway entrance to 280 is 2 minutes away and the J Church is half a block from our front door. There is a coin-op laundry machines in the building. The apartment has a good size living room and nice size kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat. Full disclosure, it does have an electric stove though which I know is a bummer for some people. The room for rent has a fire escape at the window, which makes it easy to go out for a smoke or fresh air if you need to.

Parking is super easy since the building is located behind a big church so there are always free spaces within the same block. My rent price not only includes utilities (gas, WiFi, electricity, garbage, water) but it also include all shared shopping items that the house needs including TP, paper towels, hand soap, cleaning products.

As a bonus, we share the building with sweet neighbors that like to bring over home cooked Mexican dishes from time to time. I also have begun to put together a home gym in the garage/laundry room, which you are welcome to use.
