Bedroom In Sunny 2BR Apt In Nolita

I'm looking for someone to take over my roommate's lease ASAP (lease ends 04/31/2021).

The apartment is located in the heart of Nolita close to Broadway-Lafayette (train B, F, D, M) Bleeker and Prince (train 6), Prince (train N, R). Bunch of Citibikes stations all around, electric rental scooters. Lots of cute Bars and Restaurants, boutiques, shops, museums... It's a fancy beautiful area for young professionals - very hip neighbourhood.
Room has AC, and can come (upon request) furnished with queen size bed and memory foam mattress or unfurnished. Also with the access to the laundry room (next door building).

About me:
I'm an entrepreneur in her early 30s who owns a creative art agency. I'm very clean, neat, calm and respectful. I'm also very social and out most of the time, or traveling. I prefer to never bring party home. And ask you not to as well. During the day I'm working (usually in my room). I meditate, workout and cook sometimes.
I want someone respectful, mature and neat as well, who values personal space.
