The apartment locates at the corner of Myrtle Ave and Washington Ave. This room locates on the third floor with three large windows facing northeast which filled the room with daylight. The room comes with a full-size bed, desk, and chair. We are looking for someone who will keep the furniture. The room has a large double-door closet. Additional storage is available in the hallway space where shelving has been set up.

There will be a monthly utility fee of 70 which includes internet, electricity, gas, toilet paper, paper towel, recycling trash bags, and dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supply like
Swiffer sweeper. There are no washer and drier in the building so you will have to go across the street to the laundromat mat.

Two of the roommates graduated from the Pratt Institute School of architecture and planning to enter into the profession. One roommate is still in school for interior design. We are clean, creative, and quiet people. If you are clean, introverted, and creative like us. You will find a home with us. Current roommate personality type. (INFJ, INTJ, INFP)
