Looking to sublease my room July 1st - September 30th, with the possibility to renew after September if you like living there. Open to shorter subleases too.

~Your roommates are a male and female in their 20s working in finance and accounting. They are clean and easygoing folks who can do their own thing, but can also enjoy hanging out over dinner/games/drinks when the evening calls for it
~This unit is a 2 bedroom + flex, which means no living room, but there?s a kitchen with large countertops and countertop seating. In-unit washer & dryer + dishwasher (floor plan in photos)
~The building has a number of amenities including: doorman, common spaces, gym, roof top deck, lounges and outdoor bbq.
~The location is super convenient. You?re across the street from City Point (shopping & restaurants) and under a 5-minute walk to most major subway lines (N, R, Q, B, F, M, A, C, 2, 3). One stop away from Manhattan
