My name is Sam. Originally from Taiwan but spent 15 years in CA (LA and SF) before moving to NYC. I?ve been in NYC for about 3 years now. I currently work as a marketing professional in a big retail company. In my free time, I usually like to work out, read, play video games, binge Netflix or Hulu, traveling solo, and catch up with some friends. Friends would describe me as quirky, funny, easy-going, down to earth, good listener, and a nerd. Don?t have a pet, but looking to potentially adopt a dog.

Roommate 2 - Devon and Madelyn

Madelyn and Devon are both 22! Devon just graduated from Texas A&M with a B. S. in technology management and she?s in her last semester there pursuing a B. S. in Biomedical Sciences, however since the classes got moved online she?s able to work from NYC. We both love music! But don?t worry we?re not loud. We both are very responsible, and clean up after ourselves! We are open to everyone! No matter the gender or race. We are very clean and just expect the public areas to be clean as well.

3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment perfect for roommates/shares only 2 fights up in a beautiful building. Open kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, a large living space, high ceilings, exposed brick, beautiful white tile bathroom, and incredible natural light. The building is just a few blocks from the E and 6 trains. Washer and Dryer in the basement. Rooftop accessible. Pets allowed.
