Room in HUGE brownstone, steps to grove path!

I have rooms available in an absolutely gorgeous (pictures don't do it justice!) apartment in Jersey City. It has a large dining room, huge kitchen, and even huger living room. We also have a front room/guest bedroom for occasional visitors. Both the apartment and the room get beautiful light, especially in the winter when the trees are bare. Very high ceilings. We have access to a backyard as well.

First room: $1300, very nice, quiet, has a large built in shelving area. Shares a bathroom with one other person. Can easily fit a queen sized bed.

Master: $1500. The room is absolutely huge. I would be willing to bet that it is the largest bedroom that you'll see on your search. It has two windows, and two closets. You also have your own full bathroom. The current roommate is offering to leave a large dresser. The furniture is beautiful actually - well made, fully wood - not particle board. She just doesn't want to take it with her.

The apartment is very work-from-home friendly. I took pains to make sure that there was a good wifi signal throughout the apartment (is tricky because the apartment is very long, we have two ports). Your room is big enough to have a desk set up, and there is space to set up a desk in the common space.

There will be a total of three people living in the apartment.

Utilities are not included, but very cheap - they tend to come out to $40 per person for electricity and internet. We also get a cleaning person to come once a month or once every two months (negotiable based on preferences), and that is $50 a person.

About me: 30F, working in finance. I enjoy acroyoga, tango, and sewing. Before there was a global pandemic, I was actually a ghost in the apartment. Typically I get fed at work, so I very rarely use the kitchen and I travel a lot on the weekends. I, of course, work from home now.

Other roommate: 29M, and actually is the perfect roommate. He is quiet and considerate and is proactive about cleaning. Though he works from home, he has a very light footprint in the apartment.

About you: Young, career-oriented professional. POC/LGB welcome. Preference for someone who will sign a year long lease, but will consider month to month for the right person.

House rules: not very many, I don't micromanage people. No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no extensive/loud parties (neighbors will complain), no extensive use of curry (google curry damage to see what I am afraid of). Don't leave dishes in the sink.
