The room is more like a hotel/studio - private entrance, large enough for separate work/living area from the bed, and en suite private bathroom. Quite large double-door closet.

1st floor walk up, good light from window faces beautiful back garden, no noise at all on a quiet street right off the main strip of Williamsburg. Superb location 4 mins Bedford L, Metropolitan G, and 12 mins to Marcy JMZ. Less than 10 mins to the Williamsburg waterfront, and also 3 supermarkets both value and nicer (Whole Foods).

Shared, fully-equipped kitchen and living area. Note there is no microwave but gas oven/stove, toaster, full fridge etc.

Laundry in basement, only 2 other units in the house so it?s always available. WiFi and gas is reasonable shared cost.

Roommate Patrick is 30s and works in hospitality has been here for a very long time, is a ideal roommate and keeps mostly to himself. We both share the kitchen, keep things tidy, and are quiet early mornings and evenings but ok w reasonable noise. Must be GLBT-friendly.
