Sunny bedroom in Ridgewood

Hi there! We have lgbtq+ friendly 3 bedroom apartment in Ridgewood and are looking for a 3rd roommate to be on the lease with us. This apartment does have 2 cats, one who has lived here for years and another who just moved in last month and is still shy, so we?re seeking a roommate who likes cats and is ok with 420. No couples.

The room itself has a shared wall with one roommate and faces the backyard, which is fairly quiet except for occasional chatter. It can fit a full or queen size bed, if full size, it can also fit a desk and dresser, and it has a built in closet.

The common areas are already furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with dish ware, cookware, and appliances. The building doesn?t have any additional amenities, but there is a laundromat and grocery stores within a couple blocks and we?re close the L and the M train.

The 2 roommates are a 33 y/o man and a 35 y/o woman, both working from home currently, but under normal circumstances we?d work at our offices during the day.

We?ve luckily managed to keep the apartment covid free and are hoping to keep it that way. We?re looking for a roommate who is social distancing/quarantining (not inviting people over or going out to other people) and practicing good hygiene (washing hands frequently & after bathroom use, wearing a mask outdoors, etc.).
