Sunny and Spacious 3BR in West Harlem

I am a freelance writer and writing tutor seeking considerate and laid-back roommates?who take social distancing and cleanliness seriously?for my three-bedroom in Harlem. Two rooms will open up on July 1st, for up to a one-year lease.

The first room is 10'x11'; rent is $1140 per month.
The second room is 9'x12'; rent is $1124 per month.
(You'll find the corresponding rooms in the floorplan!)

Both can comfortably fit queen-sized beds and desks. (The previous tenants are willing to sell their beds and desks, if you're interested.) Both rooms have walk-in closets, and there is plenty of natural light throughout the apartment.

Our kitchen and living room are quite spacious! A coin-operated washer/dryer is in the hallway right outside the apartment door, and there is a dishwasher. There's an elevator in the building, too.

Estimated utilities cost would be ~$50 for internet and ConEd. I'd ask for a one-month security deposit (a bit more for 1/3 of full deposit, but rent is less since it's calculated by square footage) up front, and I'd want to chat virtually to get to know you.
