Hi. My old room is available a full service modern luxury building in Long Island City. Storage, a gym, outdoor pool in the summer, a rooftop lounge with gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline, doorman and package room, etc. Just one block from Queensboro Plaza N/W/7 trains along with many other trains within walking distance, minutes from Midtown Manhattan. This is a 4BR. Room is roughly 13x12, featuring a wide two-door closet and floor-to-ceiling "Manhattan East" facing windows with plenty of natural light. Lease runs through February and can be renewed, and I'm optimally looking for someone to permanently replace me, though shorter term stays will be considered. The three existing roommates are chill guys and keep the place tidy.

I have already moved out, so the room is ready whenever you wish to move in.

On top of rent, utilities are about $120ish and that includes cable/internet ($46/mo per person; there's a 50" TV in the living room), gas, electric, and $30/mo for a cleaning service.
