This is a lease takeover! Lease is up on April 30th, 2021 (10-month lease).

This is the front bedroom in a four-bed, 4th floor apartment. The room happily fits a full size mattress, centered on the wall. It has a large, double-doored closet which lights from the inside. West facing, this apartment gets the evening light through it's medium-sized sliding glass door. On the other side sits a huge, semi-private balcony (roughly 9x9 feet). The patio is finished with decking, and has fencing which I previously intended to use to build a divider for the deck. I will leave this behind.

There is one current roommate, Elijah. He's clean and been happily quarantined since March! All the other rooms will be filled via the management company, and the partnering rental firms. Elijah is the only current roommate.

There is a likelihood it will be you and Elijah as the only tenants in the space until it is filled! It's been nice being the only few in there.

A little more about the building/apartment: The building has other apartments under construction- but is planned to be finished by the summer. There are three other apartments rented in the building. Shared furniture is yet to be purchased. Wifi is yet to be installed. Utilities run on average of $130/month. Virtual appointments via facetime!
